Father arraigned in son’s shooting death
GALLUP, New Mexico – A 46-year-old man has been arraigned on an open count of murder in the shooting death of his adult son at a mobile home north of Gallup.
Mark Krueger pleaded not guilty Wednesday and Magistrate Henrietta Soland set his bond at $100,000 cash.
Krueger is being held at the Gallup-McKinley Adult Detention Center.
Investigators say Krueger and his son, Solomon Krueger, were arguing yesterday when the elder Krueger allegedly fired one shot from a pistol, striking his son in the head. The son died this morning at a hospital in Gallup. More on KOB.com
