Man charged after shooting his estranged wife’s boyfriend
Myrtle Beach, SC – A 24-year-old Conway man was charged with shooting his estranged wife’s boyfriend to death in front of her two children at her townhouse in the Forestbrook area.
Jeffrey Todd Horan forced his way into the unit, walked to a back room and shot Hubert James Aland, according to a police report. Aland, 30, was shot multiple times and died in the 8:40 a.m. incident at Bahama Bay Villas on 950 Forestbrook Road, said Sgt. Robert Kegler of the Horry County Police Department.
The shooting was the latest in a string of incidents involving Horan and his estranged wife, according to police and court records.
Three weeks earlier, Horan was arrested for breaking into the home of Tashana Cameron, his estranged wife, confronting her about her “new boyfriend” and assaulting her, according to a police report. More on TheSunNews.com

Deeply saddened over this. Hubert was a good friend to me. We spent lots of time together in Myrtle Beach. Just learned of this tragedy. I am a music producer originally from WV , but now reside in Palm Beach Fla. My heart and condolences go out to his family. Please contact me if you have any of his material. I would love to hear his music and any footage of his performances if available. God bless you and your family dear friend!
